Believing that most existing companies were not willing to supply safer, more natural products by abandoning cheap ingredients, Neways chose to do it themselves,  actively seeking supplies of safer chemicals and natural ingredients from sources around the world. Neways avoid potentially harmful ingredients and overly diluted products, believing that they short-change consumers, giving them too much of certain things they want, and not enough of the more beneficial things they seek.

This approach allows Neways to offer unique products characteristically safer and more effective than existing industry standards. Neways was also honoured by the National Anti Vivisection Society for it's role in the development of safe products without the use of animal testing.
