Refund Policy

Customers have the right to cancel an order within seven days of placing the order, or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Customers canceling their orders will have their payment refunded in full - minus shipping costs - within seven days of the company's receipt of the returned goods.

The seven-day period allowed for returns is not intended to allow customers to 'trial' the product and all products returned to Aroma HealthCare must be unused and in new condition in order for us to accept the return. Please contact Aroma HealthCare to authorise a return and receive a return reference number before returning goods to us.

Returns of non-faulty goods are not normally entitled to a postage refund, so customers with any doubts over suitability of products are encouraged to contact Aroma Healthcare in person before placing an order.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
